Privacy Policy

At Dragonfly Bath & Body Essentials, I use the information you provide to handle your order and respond when you contact me. Here’s what that means on this site.

Information collected

When you order, create an account, or use the Contact form, the site may collect your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, and anything you include in a message or optional file upload. The payment provider processes the information needed to complete a purchase.

How information is used

I use this information to process and deliver orders, send order updates, answer questions, and help with problems. If you choose to subscribe to marketing, I may also email you about Dragonfly products and releases.

Services that help run the site

Dragonfly’s site and store run on Wix. Payment, shipping, and other connected services may receive information needed to do their part. Embedded features, such as maps and reviews, may also have their own privacy practices. I don’t sell customer information to marketers.

Cookies and your choices

The site and connected services may use cookies to keep shopping features working and to understand how visitors use the site. You can manage cookies in your browser. To ask about information connected to your order or account, email Dragonflysoap20@gmail.com.
