Shipping Policy - the basics

1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY
We currently only ship orders to addresses located within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or global delivery options at this time.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All of our bath and body items are handmade in small batches. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for our team to safely pack and process your order before it is dropped off with the mail carrier. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major national holidays.

3. SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES
Standard packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail services. Once your package leaves our facility, estimated delivery timelines are generally as follows:
• Standard Ground Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
• Priority Shipping: 2 to 4 business days
Please note that these transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not legally guaranteed delivery dates.

4. SHIPPING RATES & FEES
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the final box size, total order weight, and your specific delivery zone. We do not charge hidden handling fees.

5. WRONG ADDRESSES & PACKAGE REDIRECTION
Customers are entirely responsible for verifying that their shipping address is typed perfectly and completely at checkout. If a package is returned to us by the post office due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of secondary postage to re-ship the items.

6. TRACKING INFORMATION
A confirmation email containing a live USPS tracking link will be sent automatically as soon as your shipping label is printed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking history to update on the carrier network.
