1. HANDMADE PRODUCT VARIATIONS
All of our bath, body, and skincare products are handcrafted in small batches. Because of the artisan nature of our manufacturing process, slight variations in color, pattern, shape, scent, and weight (such as standard differences between 4.5 oz and 5 oz bars) are completely normal. These variations do not constitute product defects.

2. PRODUCT SAFETY & ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
Customers are responsible for reading all ingredients, physical labels, and packaging inserts carefully prior to use. Our products are formulated with natural ingredients, botanical oils, and essential/fragrance profiles. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we strictly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. Dragonfly Bath & Body Essentials is not liable for any adverse skin reactions or sensitivities.

3. ACCURACY OF PRICING AND TYPOS
While we strive for perfect website accuracy, occasionally technical glitches, typographical errors, or description mismatches may occur. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for products listed with incorrect pricing, or typos in titles and links, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your card has been charged, a full refund will be immediately issued.
