Returns and order changes

Because bath and body products are personal care items, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please check your cart before placing an order, as orders can’t be canceled or changed once placed.

If there’s a problem

If I sent the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please email Dragonflysoap20@gmail.com as soon as you can. Include your order number and a photo if something arrived damaged. I’ll review what happened and work with you to correct it.
