RETURNS
No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final and cannot be returned. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Also, due to the nature of my products, I'm unable to accept returns because they can't be restocked or resold due to safety and hygeinic reasons. However, if the wrong item was sent by mistake, or if there are any other issues with delivery, please contact me within 2 days of delivery and I'll work on correcting the mistake. A photo of any problematic order is required when considering replacement.

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.
Shipping & Delivery
Our standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery options are available for faster service.
Damage during shipping, while completely out of our control, sometimes happens. We are not liable for packages stolen after delivery. We will work with you to rectify the situation. If you have the opportunity at time of delivery, if the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier, and let us know immediately. For standard carrier shipments (i.e.; US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, etc.), we must have been notified (by phone or email) of any damage (or other problems) and have been provided with any and all additional information within 2 business days of you receiving your products. We require that this notification include detailed pictures of the damaged package and products so that we can file an insurance claim with the carrier.
